AI Content Producer

PlusMinusOne is a  mobile startup studio  that focuses on developing and marketing its own apps that are used and loved by millions of people around the world. Our products collectively reach  more than a half-million new users every month in the US market alone.   Our team works in hybrid model with offices in San Francisco and Istanbul.

We have been building mobile products focused on Business, Photo & Video, and Education categories in the App Store mainly for the US market since 2016. And in each of these categories,  our goal is the same: provide actual value to people with the best mobile user experience.

We are looking for a detail-oriented  AI Content Producer to join our Marketing Art team at PlusMinusOne. In this role, you will work with generative AI technologies to produce high-quality visual content, optimize AI-driven workflows, and ensure consistent results across different content formats. You will collaborate with our team to turn existing concepts into AI-generated content while exploring new tools and techniques to improve production quality and efficiency.

What we are looking for:

- Hands-on experience with generative AI image and video generation tools.

- Strong prompt engineering skills and an understanding of how different AI models respond to prompts.

- A strong visual eye and attention to detail.

- Familiarity with generation workflows.

- Ability to evaluate visual outputs and troubleshoot inconsistencies.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt to evolving technologies.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

- Proficient in English

Good to have — not blockers:

- Experience with Kling, Veo, Sora, Runway, or similar generative AI platforms.

- Familiarity with API-based AI tools and workflows.

- Experience with AI-powered content production for mobile applications or digital platforms.

- Basic understanding of social media content formats and digital trends.

Your responsibilities will be:

- Generate high-quality images and videos using generative AI tools and platforms.

- Develop, test, and optimize prompts to achieve accurate, realistic, and visually consistent results.

- Adapt existing visual concepts into AI-generated content for different use cases.

- Evaluate AI-generated outputs, identify visual inconsistencies, and refine results.

- Manage AI content production processes from initial setup to final delivery.

- Test different AI models and approaches to improve output quality and production efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth content production and delivery.

- Stay up to date with emerging generative AI models, tools, and technologies.
