Job Purpose
Responsible for coordinating elements (personnel, systems, and equipment) to maintain the plant's machinery, equipment, and facilities, ensuring their availability to meet production demands.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow company policies: safety, environment, quality, and financial management.
- Responsible for overseeing the teams of staff members tasked with scheduling, managing, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance routines within the established timeframes and quality standards.
- Coordinate and improve—together with the team of collaborators—the equipment, tools, spare parts, and consumables that pass through the maintenance parts warehouse.
- Analysis of the action plan and monitoring—in collaboration with team members—of downtime resulting from preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as the associated costs.
- Coordination, administration, and monitoring of quality system plans and procedures (corporate and/or external) pertaining to the maintenance department and specific plant areas.
- Responsible for managing and optimizing expenses related to the maintenance of the plant and offices.
- Responsible for coordinating and managing the personnel, equipment, and resources required to meet environmental obligations involving the maintenance department.
- Compliance with department indicators aligned with plant objectives.
General Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar position.
- Experience in productive, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
- Knowledge in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance.
- ISO 9001
- Maintenance software; mechanics (pneumatics, hydraulics, assembly), electricity (high and low voltage), automation and control.
- Initiative, Service-oriented attitude, Teamwork, Ability to work under pressure, Open to Feedback.
- Problem analysis and resolution, planning and organization, execution, control, time management.
