Duties and Responsibilities

- This position will work in the Construction department at FINFROCK job sites.
- Able to pass the Riggers Level 1 test (rigging safety and identification of unsafe rigging)
- Be able to identify, inventory, organize, and distribute B.O.M.
- Be able to evaluate conditions that may raise safety concerns: cracks, damaged areas around lifters, etc.
- Can identify the products that correspond with the setting order.
- Able to coordinate product placement to the crane with the shuttle driver and the crane operator.
- You must be able to perform typical day laborer jobs, general clean up, and manual labor
- You must be able to grout columns, walls, lite walls, and double tee weld pockets
- You must be able to place shims under double tee stems under the supervision of a setter or welder
- You must maintain post, fence, and cable safety system
- You must maintain controlled access zone ropes and signs
- Can establish and maintain ground-level control access zones
- You must adhere to FINFROCK safety standards including the personal protective equipment required for the area.
- This is a full-time position that may vary outside the normal work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Depending on the area you work in, the shift may require working in the early morning or at night and sometimes overtime, or weekend shifts to meet production needs.

Qualifications

- Experience in construction or in a manufacturing facility is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Able to climb ladders easily and safely
- Able and willing to travel out of town (overnight) if needed to.
- Can safely lift 50 lbs. at any given time during shift and stand for extended periods.
- You have the ability to abide by the FINFROCK company policy manual sections 401.9 and 801.1 in company vehicles, while a representative or company at motels, etc.
