For the Frontier team specifically, the mission is to turn emerging Security innovations into scaled businesses through business architecture, GTM strategy, readiness, field support, partner scale, and execution governance.</p><p>In this role you will develop, manage, and execute Sales Strategy project(s) as a project/program lead. You will manage and cultivate relationships with leaders of internal teams. You will collaborate with business, platform, and tools experts to provide updates and report key metrics needed to assist sales and partner teams to drive the sales business forward. You will contribute to landing strategies across various Microsoft sales and planning activities. This role will synthesize findings into insights across sales projects, including implications that inform sales go-to-market objectives and will conduct market-based research by collecting and interpreting information.</p><p>Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.</p><br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br><div><strong>Leads cross-functional sales planning and strategy</strong>, building strong relationships with internal teams and senior business leaders while serving as a subject matter expert to inform strategic decisions.</div><div><strong>Transforms market, sales, and stakeholder data into actionable insights</strong>, identifying trends, opportunities, gaps, and recommendations that improve sales strategies, processes, and business outcomes.</div><div><strong>Drives sales readiness, activation, and landing</strong>, partnering across business, field, platform, and tools teams to implement strategies, manage escalations, measure success, and continuously improve programs based on feedback.</div><div><strong>Leads complex sales strategy projects and programs</strong>, defining plans, goals, deliverables, and timelines, proactively resolving roadblocks, and coordinating stakeholders to successfully deliver business outcomes.</div><br><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><h3>Required Qualifications:</h3><div><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field<ul><li>OR equivalent experience</li></ul></li><li>3+ years experience in in Near Term Strategy (1-2 years out), Management Consulting, or Finance.</li></ul></div><div><h3>Preferred Qualifications:</h3><div><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years of marketing, strategy, sales, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience<ul><li>OR equivalent experience.</li></ul></li></ul></div></div> <br><br><p>Sales Strategy Enablement IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year. </p><p></p> <p>Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
