The Fulfillment Associate II (FAII) works in a fast-paced team environment processing both digital and paper documents to meet our customer's requirements. Responsibilities

o Develop strong relationships with internal/external customers, vendors and jurisdictional agencies

o Ability to perform searches, document retrieval, document preparation and execution, filings and/or recordings at all jurisdictional levels.

o Assist internal/external customers and/or vendors with order fulfillment and problem resolution and escalate as necessary.

o Ability to understand, demonstrate, and explain WKLS service offerings, procedures, processes, methodologies and delivery options as well as jurisdictional requirements to customers, team members and/or vendors.

o Full understanding of service level agreements for assigned tasks and ability to make well informed timely decisions in order to meet client expectations and requirements.

o Make recommendations on how to improve customer satisfaction, customer retention, efficiency, revenue growth, cost savings and financial results.

o Follow existing procedures and processes regarding the delivery of services, service offerings, and make recommendations to enhance and improve upon them with the objective of increased team efficiencies and overall improvements to customer and employee satisfaction.

o Assist customers, team members and/or vendors with basic training on all WKLS products, jurisdictional requirements and company databases while using a consultative approach.

o Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality work at all times.

o Fosters teamwork in support of reaching individual and team performance goals.

o Offers helpful hints and shares best practices across team or wider group.

o Understand the full array of WKLS products and the ability to up sell.

Qualifications:

o Bachelor's Degree OR a minimum of 1-year equivalent experience in a fast-paced multi-functional customer focused environment

o Experience with UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, lending, commercial title/abstracting, and/or commercial banking preferred

o 2+ years industry related customer service experience

o Effective written and verbal communication skills required

o Ability to multitask and demonstrate ability to problem solve

o Strong knowledge of MS office/internet, ability to learn new applications quickly and effectively

o Strong data entry skills

o Strong analytical, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.

o Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

o Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs.

o Overtime may be required

Compensation:
$35,000.00 - $58,600.00 USD

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.  Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
