General Summary:

The Field Communication Engagement Senior Manager develops and executes clear, comprehensive communication plans that inform, engage, and activate field teams and key stakeholders. This role supports the VP of Strategic Customer Engagement and field sales leaders by driving engagement, supporting pipeline launches, and strengthening collaboration across the kidney field team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Create high-impact communication and messaging to support kidney field business goals.
- Proactively identify opportunities for communication optimization through regular field rides, team observations, and performance analysis to enhance field efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work with cross-functional partners to identify, build, and maintain best internal channels to drive communication within the field (i.e. intranet, SharePoint, Teams channels, etc.)
- Plan, write, and post content for applicable communication channels.
- Analyze readership to identify what’s working and not; recommend and deploy adjustments accordingly.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners and field teams, ensuring that field feedback is incorporated into strategic planning and decision-making.
- Lead selects cross-functional projects that enhance field effectiveness, drive business acceleration, and support the successful execution of pipeline launches.
- Utilize reports, processes, dashboards, and internal information and represent it in ways that will be attractive, helpful, and information to the field audience.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, training, internal comms, and other teams to share recommendations based on field insights to improve or increase utilization of content developed for field teams.
- Proactively identify and address risks, recommend alternative plans, and influence decision-making to ensure the field is positioned for success.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Proven ability to develop and execute communication plans that drive organizational success.

- Advanced analytical skills to interpret data and measure the effectiveness of communication strategies

- Proven experience in sales operations, field effectiveness, or a related role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, actionable updates and performance insights for diverse audiences specifically field teams.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional collaboration and governance, with the ability to align stakeholders and drive initiatives to completion.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for optimization and driving continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, analytics, and field team dynamics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a similar area of focus.
- Typically requires 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, field leadership, commercial operations, management consulting, or program management within pharma or biotech.
- Strong background in internal communications, field engagement, and commercial strategy.
- Experience with brand strategy, pipeline product strategy, and launch planning preferred.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams at multiple levels.
- Professional certifications in leadership, project management (e.g., PMP), or advanced communication strategies (e.g., APR) are highly desirable

Pay Range:
$128,000 - $192,000

Disclosure Statement:

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

1.     Hybrid : work remotely up to two days per week; or select
2.     On-Site : work five days per week on-site with ad hoc flexibility.
