Provide meaningful, life-changing 1:1 pediatric nursing care for a 15-year-old patient requiring skilled tracheostomy and ventilator care . Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care and support to a medically complex pediatric patient in Wayne, NJ .
This is a rewarding opportunity to build a lasting relationship with the child and family while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of their home. We are currently seeking nurses for 16-hour weekend coverage , with the possibility of transitioning into a full 16-hour, 7-day-per-week case .

⭐ What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care focused on safety, comfort, and clinical stability
- Manage and monitor tracheostomy and ventilator support
- Perform trach care, suctioning, and airway management as ordered
- Assess respiratory status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the family and pediatric clinical team to ensure continuity of care

⭐ Pay Rate
RN: $45/hr

⭐ What You Bring
- Active New Jersey RN License
- Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care preferred
- Current BLS Certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Physical exam within 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
- Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
