Overview
The Director leads a Process Improvement team dedicated to driving transformative changes in clinical and operational processes, with both strategic and operational focus. In this role, the Director collaborates with senior leadership to identify improvement opportunities, allocate resources, select appropriate improvement methodologies, and assign team members for successful project execution. The Director is responsible for the design, planning, and implementation of process improvement initiatives, such as Lean Six Sigma, Rapid Improvement, Reengineering, Process Redesign, CQI, Business Development, Benchmarking, Productivity Enhancements, and Technology Advancements, across multiple divisions and departments. Managing multiple concurrent projects for senior leaders, the Director prioritizes effectively to meet tight deadlines. Additionally, the Director oversees all aspects of change management, including financial, operational, and human resource considerations, ensuring successful implementation of radical changes in technology, processes, and people.
Leads and oversees the strategic development, execution, and optimization of process improvement initiatives across the organization. Responsible for identifying and implementing process enhancements that drive operational efficiency, improve quality, and align with overall business goals. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including operations, technology, and leadership, to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Experience
- 3 years experience in Accounting/Finance or Healthcare Management.
- Lean Six Sigma, Rapid Improvement, Reengineering, Process Redesign, CQI, Business Development, Benchmarking, Productivity Enhancements, and Technology Advancements
