Job Description
The System Analyst will be responsible for advanced troubleshooting and escalation, warehouse management technology analysis, understanding of automation system and vendor management/engagement. In parallel, the Systems Analyst will provide operational optimization support, process improvement, support contract input, business resumption and remote access standardization, provide technical operations requirements for supply chain projects and approve support documentation provided by vendor or engineering.
This position will be on site 5-days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze supply chain incident data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Identify technology/system inefficiencies in Supply Chain operations processes and work on solutions to optimize
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance related to supply chain systems
- Support testing and validation of system changes and enhancements to ensure they meet business requirements and project objectives
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into supply chain IT Ops performance and KPIs
- Support projects related to supply chain system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements
- Providing initial triage and root cause analysis for complex warehouse management and automation incidents
- Serving as the subject matter expert (SME) for material handling equipment (MHE) vendor technologies and providing tier 2 support access to warehouse management systems
- Driving vendor and non-vendor problem ticket resolution through thorough root cause analysis and support
- Reviewing and approving support documentation from vendors and engineering teams
- Performing final technical operations sign-off on deployments impacting hardware
- Configuring advanced local warehouse management and automation integrations as needed

- The ability to analyze complex data and identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve supply chain systems and efficiencies
- The capability to identify issues within supply chain systems and develop effective solutions to optimize processes and improve efficiency
- Effective communication skills essential for conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams
- The capacity to adapt to changing business needs, technologies, and priorities within the supply chain and technology domain
- Demonstrate meticulous behavior in examining and evaluating supply chain incident data to ensure accuracy and reliability
- The ability to provide data driven input to support projects and investments related to supply chain systems
- Strong knowledge of supply chain warehouse management systems, data analysis tools, and relevant software applications
Required Qualifications:
- 0-1 year of Analyst Experience
- BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of ServiceNow
- MHE SME (Material Handling Equipment Subject Matter Expert)
Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations.
Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
$51,500.00 - $83,500.00 Annual
