About this role

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, day shift working Monday – Friday from 6:30a – 3p. You will work at Junction Road Medical Center, Union Corners clinic and Eastpark Medical Center.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to:

- Coordinate clinical staffing schedules and coverage needs
- Oversee purchasing, inventory management and supply coordination
- Organize meetings, prepare materials and document outcomes
- Track action items and provide administrative support for projects and committees
- Perform general office and administrative support functions

Qualifications

- No minimum education required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field Preferred

Work Experience

- 1 year experience in an administrative support role Required
- 3 years experience in an administrative support function Preferred
- Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
