Job description:

The Provincial Product Analytics Consultant is responsible for delivering business insights, performance monitoring, reporting, and analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making across Allstate Canada's personal insurance portfolio. This role partners with business stakeholders to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations that improve business outcomes.

Accountabilities:

- Compiles, cleans, organizes, and analyzes data to support business objectives and decision-making.
- Analyzes business performance to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and emerging issues.
- Evaluates business initiatives and strategic priorities through data analysis and performance measurement.
- Develops and enhances reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions that support performance monitoring and insight generation.
- Translates data and analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Partners with stakeholders to understand business needs and solve complex analytical problems.
- Contributes to the advancement of analytical capabilities through reporting modernization, automation, visualization, and process improvement initiatives.
- Provides guidance, knowledge sharing, and support to team members while promoting analytical best practices.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or related disciplines.
- Experience with Power BI and data visualization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to inform business decisions.
- Experience extracting, analyzing and interpreting complex data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, or performance monitoring solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Qualifications:

- Experience with SQL, Python, SAS, or similar analytical tools.
- Experience with data visualization, business intelligence, or reporting automation.
- Familiarity with insurance, financial services, or other data-driven business environments.

Compensation
Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 66,200.00 - 100,000.00 annually.  Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
