Wellington Veterinary Services in Elora, ON is looking for a part-time team member to join our compassionate and collaborative clinic.This position is approximately 10 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours to cover vacation and sick days.

About the Role
Our ideal Vet Assistant will counsel and educate clients, under the direction of a Veterinarian or a RVT, on various aspects of animal care such as dosage/purpose of medications, home care, vaccination requirements, and preventative healthcare recommendations. In collaboration with the team, they will suggest and explain laboratory procedures and testing. They will also greet, handle, and treat animals in a way that contributes to an environment in which animals feel safe and secure. Please note this is a temporary position, for coverage for November 2026 to April 2027.
