In this role, you'll help ensure patients and healthcare professionals have access to the medical equipment and supplies they need. From managing inventory and coordinating orders to working with vendors and assisting patients, you'll play an important part in supporting quality patient care.

What You'll Do

No two days are exactly alike! You'll have the opportunity to:

- Keep things running smoothly by receiving, organizing, tracking, and maintaining medical equipment and supplies.
- Manage inventory and orders to ensure products are stocked, accurately recorded, and available when needed.
- Coordinate with vendors to order supplies, fulfill special requests, and identify cost-effective purchasing solutions.
- Support patients directly by assisting with medical equipment needs, coordinating orders, and providing product guidance.
- Work behind the scenes to process shipments, maintain accurate records, and support purchasing and billing activities.
- Be part of a collaborative team that helps deliver exceptional care to patients throughout our communities.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people.

To qualify, you'll need just ONE of the following:

- Education or vocational training beyond high school.
- At least one year of experience in receiving or purchasing.
- At least one year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- At least one year of administrative support experience.

You'll be a great fit if you:

- Enjoy problem-solving, multitasking, and staying organized.
- Have strong communication and customer service skills.
- Are comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
- Work well independently and as part of a team.
- Have basic math skills and an eye for accuracy.
- Take pride in providing dependable, compassionate service.

Experience with inventory systems, barcode scanners, purchasing, or durable medical equipment is a plus, but not required!
