Inside the Role
The Indianapolis RDC is a fast-paced operation that provides direct aftermarket parts support to the PDC network. You will work alongside highly motivated individuals within the organization’s leadership team, focusing on both short and long-term goals and objectives. You will be responsible for maintaining continuous flow of inbound and outbound material, oversee the returns process, research, resolve customer and supplier exceptions, and support purchasing and accounts payable functions.

Position offers a starting hourly wage of $27.88 – $36.06 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.

What You Drive at DTNA
- Lead office operations in support of the RDC.
- Oversee RDC Purchasing and Accounts Payable functions, including non-production material (NPM) purchasing activities.
- Process MT Adjustments, purchase requests (PRs), and goods receipts (GRs).
- Coordinate receiving and shipping documentation and support inbound receiving activities.
- Coordinate customer service activities and provide administrative support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate credit and returns processing for customers and suppliers.
- Support OSHA reporting, compliance activities, and budget management.
- Manage APC tickets and system requests.
- Provide support for Workday and other business systems.
- Plan and organize employee engagement events and support new hire onboarding activities.
- Provide support for corporate and dealer groups conducting events in the training room.
- Support systems and tools including UKG, Workday, SAP, DVIEW, FMX, APC, Salesforce, and Badge Development Software. Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational reporting.
- Travel occasionally to other DTNA locations and external operations for benchmarking and training opportunities.
Knowledge You Should Bring
- 3 years of relevant experience or AA degree + 1 year of relevant experience
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Leadership experience overseeing a general office/administrative function
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with the administration in a multi-shift production environment
- Good clerical aptitude and analytical / problem solving skills
- Continuous Improvement mindset
- An attached resume is required
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
- Experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP and DVIEW
- Works independently with limited supervision
- Acts as an informal resource for colleagues and can explain detailed and/or complicated information with team
- Provides input, advice and recommendations related to job field
- Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve productivity, efficiency, or business outcomes
