Job Summary:
SPECIALIST, GLOBAL PRODUCT MARKETING
Location: Florida, Texas, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania
Division: Ticketmaster
Line Manager: Sr. Director, Global Product Marketing - B2B
Contract Terms: Permanent, 40 hours per week
THE TEAM
Ticketmaster’s Product Marketing group operates as the client voice internally for our company. Our mission is to develop competitive, compelling, & cohesive narratives that connect our products & services to global client experiences. We advocate for our clients across the product lifecycle, building our B2B narrative across strategic priorities, enterprise products, and agile release cycles. This team serves as the glue between product, communications, sales enablement, and product design teams globally to bring new products to market.
THE JOB
As Product Marketing Specialist, Festivals, you'll own go-to-market for Front Gate and Universe, two Ticketmaster portfolio companies serving festival organizers and independent event creators. You'll be the marketing owner for your product areas: you define the positioning, build the launch plans, and make the call on how we tell the story to clients.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll work directly with Product and account teams to decide what we launch, how we position it, and how we measure whether it worked. You'll know your products and your clients better than anyone outside the room, and you'll use that to shape decisions — not just execute against them.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Work across our portfolio companies, Front Gate and Universe for strategic priorities, key releases, client communication, and internal enablement.
- Support team in building comprehensive go-to-market to bring B2B products and services to market.
- Help drive go-to-market strategies that support product adoption, market differentiation and new business growth.
- Manage ongoing client communications strategy, including product emails and onboarding journeys.
- Partner cross-functionally across product, account teams, education, marketing and PR to help define product rollout and launch planning strategies.
- Collaborate across teams to develop common goals and influence business decisions in support of executing your team strategies.
- Maintain feedback loop to understand client needs and help improve products.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
- 1-3 years experience in product marketing or a closely related marketing role, ideally B2B or B2B2C.
- A track record of shipping launches you led yourself: you've written the positioning, built the plan, run the cross-functional team, and reported the results.
- Sharp instincts for client value — you can find the "so what" in a product spec and articulate it clearly across decks, email, web, and in a room.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication. You write tight, you edit well, and you're comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to influence without authority in a matrixed organization, and to align teams that don't report to you around a shared plan.
- Comfort operating in an entrepreneurial environment where speed of decision-making and quality of execution both matter.
- Solutions-first approach to problem solving, and the judgment to know which problems are worth solving now.
- Live events, festivals, ticketing, or SaaS/platform marketing experience is a plus.
YOU (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS)
- Fast-learner, adaptable, and receptive to feedback, as our business regrows your will need to keep a pulse on our quickly evolving product and client needs.
- Put your client and end customer first in everything you do, not afraid to speak up for the client, advocate for the best experience, and have a strong sense of client needs.
- Strong collaborator and team player, eagerly collaborates across a matrixed organization to drive successful go to market strategies and delightful client experiences.
- Attention to detail on all tasks by meticulously reviewing work, identifying discrepancies, and consistently adhering to company standards and procedures.
- Positive energy, passionate about the opportunity surrounding our products, the industry and fans. A cultural driver brings fun, optimism, and togetherness each day.
