About this role
TechOp Solutions is seeking a Dashboard Developer to design, develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that track program performance metrics, operational outcomes, and AI pilot progress. This individual will collaborate with technical and functional teams to translate reporting requirements into clear data visualizations and actionable insights..
Duties :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements, define performance measures, and determine appropriate data sources.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar visualization platforms.
- Create data visualizations that communicate trends, results, and areas requiring attention.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to support reporting and decision-making.
- Validate dashboard calculations and report outputs for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Apply dashboard development and reporting best practices.
- Performs additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+years of relevant experience
- Experience creating dashboards and data visualizations
- Familiarity with reporting and data analytics concepts
- Experience supporting testing, troubleshooting, and documentation activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meet Security Eligibilities
- TSA experience is highly desired
- DHS public trust is strongly preferred and will be prioritized
Preferred Technologies and Skills:
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization platforms.
- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of dashboard development and reporting best practices.
- Experience working with integrated data sources.

The pay range for this role reflects a variety of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: job location, relevant skills and experience, education and certifications, contract-specific requirements, and organizational needs. Final compensation will be determined based on the facts and circumstances of each individual case, and it is not typical for hires to be made at or near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $112,000 – $137,000 annually.
