Job Description

Your role:
Your Responsibilities
· Leverage AI, analytics, and automation to identify growth opportunities, improve campaign performance, and accelerate decision-making.
· Analyze campaign, email, conversion, and pipeline performance to develop recommendations on personalization, lead scoring, and automation.
· Apply AI-enabled insights, Eloqua, and external data to refine audience segments, improve targeting, and optimize nurture performance and marketing ROI.
· Partner with marketing teams to test and validate segmentation and personalization approaches.
· Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting in Eloqua Insight, Tableau, or Power BI to provide timely, actionable performance intelligence.
· Deliver insights on lead quality, conversion trends, revenue impact, and A/B test performance.
· Maintain accurate, structured marketing data and support governance, tracking, and AI-ready data practices.
· Partner with marketing, sales, and operations to translate AI-driven and data-based insights into actions that strengthen campaign performance and customer journeys.
You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, analytics, information systems, computer science, or a related field; 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, including data analysis, visualization, SQL, business intelligence tools, and process automation; experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Eloqua, Marketo, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign, funnel, lead, and revenue performance; translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations; and partner effectively with marketing, sales, and operations stakeholders.
- Experience leveraging AI and digital technologies to improve analysis, identify optimization opportunities, and strengthen marketing effectiveness. Self-starter, strategic thinker, creative mindset (thinks outside the box), customer centric. Persistent information seeker with high degree of initiative and problem solving.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Massachusetts is $75, 180-$120,288
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
