Job Summary
Stimulate increased production, provide direction and supervision to the site’s Package Sales and VOI Sales Team members in areas relating to Encore Program standards, policies, performance, budget requirements, meeting or exceeding budget and customer expectations, thereby reinforcing adherence to Program Strategies for guest satisfaction and company revenue. In addition, coordinate the site’s Owner Referral Lead Generation Program in concert with site’s Sales leaders and data reporting to Customer Care Center
Expected Contributions
· Encore -- Package Sales Teams:
· Ensure penetration levels of non-purchasing guests and net package sales closing percentages are at or above budget requirements, and package cancellations at or under budget requirements.
· Recruit and assist in the development of high-performance team members.
· Performance manages team members per set guidelines through daily motivation, timely distribution of monthly performance guidelines requirements, proper training, timely reviews, and removal of non-performers.
· Review weekly payroll and monthly bonuses for team members.
· Supervise Encore Team Members to ensure daily team rotation, site sales procedures and processes, team performance and attendance guidelines are adhered.
· Ensure that a branded sales presentation and collateral is used, and Encore business rules are adhered.
· Actively participate in personal package presentations and sales; meeting personal sales performance standards as determined by site leaders.
· Facilitate or coordinate all continuous improvement and special training sessions for package sales and VOI Encore conversions.
· Programs liaison between site leaders, team members, and Encore Customer Service
Provide a positive and professional image while developing external and internal strategic business partnerships, as they interface with company´s brand values, quality, standards, achievements, and expectations.
Candidate Profile
· Bachelor’s degree and/or Hotel Management degree preferred.
· Two to five years (2 to 5) previous management skills to include department/company responsibility for production, business strategies, planning and development, staff recruiting and supervision.
· Two to five years (2 to 5) in associated customer sales.
· Work ethic and integrity in presenting the product as per company guidelines, with no deviation.
· Proven track record of success in marketing or sales.
· Basic to advanced computer skills for reporting and communication purposes.
· Bilingual, ability to speak English and Spanish, fluently.
· Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints.
· Detail oriented, ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work flexible hours and days. It is anticipated that the position will require working a provided schedule. Occasionally, holidays and/or a six- or seven-day work schedule will be required.

Moves, lifts, carries, pushes, pulls, and places objects weighing less than or equal to 35 pounds without assistance.
