Ecolab is seeking a Global Product Lifecycle & Stewardship Manager to join our Purification Technologies Marketing and Portfolio Management organization. In this role, you will help ensure products remain commercially viable, compliant, market-ready, and supportable throughout their lifecycle. You will partner across Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, RD&E, Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial teams to support successful commercialization, global market access, effective product governance, and a healthy, supportable product portfolio.

This role serves as an important link between portfolio strategy and market execution, helping bring new products to market, manage product changes effectively, and maintain products that meet business, customer, and market requirements globally.

What You Will Do

- Lead global product lifecycle and stewardship activities supporting new product introductions, commercialization, product changes, market expansion, portfolio rationalization, product migrations, and discontinuations.
- Partner across Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, RD&E, and Commercial teams to assess lifecycle decisions and coordinate product-readiness requirements.
- Identify and manage product lifecycle risks related to certifications, specifications, manufacturing qualifications, market access, labeling, documentation, and customer supportability.
- Coordinate product governance and commercialization readiness, including portfolio reviews, new product introductions, product modifications, compliance reviews, certification maintenance, and launch-readiness activities.
- Maintain product stewardship and market-access requirements across the portfolio, ensuring labels, claims, specifications, certifications, regulatory documentation, and supporting records remain current and aligned with applicable requirements.
- Support global market access by coordinating certification, qualification, and documentation requirements across markets and applications.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate and implement product changes while considering commercial, regulatory, quality, operational, and customer impacts.
- Support portfolio optimization activities, including product rationalization, migration, and discontinuation initiatives, to maintain a commercially viable and supportable global portfolio.
- Maintain documentation and product information necessary to support lifecycle governance, traceability, compliance, and commercialization activities.
- Drive cross-functional lifecycle initiatives from planning through execution, coordinating stakeholders, milestones, risks, and deliverables across functions and regions.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Five years of experience in product stewardship, product lifecycle management, product management, regulatory affairs, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, or a related discipline
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating stakeholders across multiple functions
- Experience managing projects, deliverables, timelines, and competing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in water treatment, specialty chemicals, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, or another regulated industry
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and related product-data or specification-management tools
- Experience supporting regulated applications, including pharmaceutical, food and beverage, potable water, life sciences, or industrial water treatment markets
- Experience managing certification, qualification, or market-access programs
- Knowledge of product certifications, quality systems, regulatory compliance, labeling, and market-access requirements
- Familiarity with SAP, EPIC, product master data, specification management, or related business systems
- Experience supporting new product introductions, product changes, portfolio rationalization, or product discontinuations
- Ability to influence and collaborate across technical, commercial, operational, and leadership teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $120,500.00 - $180,700.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
