GreenStone is looking for a Digital Engagement Specialist to lead and enhance our digital engagement efforts across social media, email, website, and other customer-facing channels. In this role, you'll combine creativity, analytics, and strategy to strengthen customer relationships, drive engagement, and support business growth.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute digital engagement strategies that increase customer engagement and brand awareness.
- Manage and optimize customer journeys across digital channels.
- Use data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create and coordinate engaging digital content that aligns with GreenStone's brand and business goals.
- Partner with teams across the organization to support marketing, communications, public relations, and business initiatives.
- Stay current on emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, Analytics, Data Science, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Two or more years of experience leading digital engagement initiatives across social media, email, websites, or similar channels.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve results.
- Experience with marketing technology, website platforms, or digital engagement tools is required.

- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce (Marketing Cloud), WordPress, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
