We are looking for a Community Based Clinician to work Tuesday-Saturday providing clinical case management, care coordination, and individual/family therapy for an evolving caseload of clients . CBS Clinicians support clients to improve mental health, build positive relationships, enhance communication skills, and deepen community connections. They also provide parenting coaching, crisis stabilization, and care coordination. This position may also provide therapeutic services to BRANCH clients. BRANCH is our dual diagnosis program designed to support clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities in addition to mental health needs.

Tennyson’s Community Based Services provides in-home and community-based therapy to residents of the Denver Metro area. CBS works with children aged 5-18 and their families. Clinicians are assigned to a specific geographical region to manage travel time and are provided with a vehicle and mobile office equipment. Participation in weekly or bi-weekly clinical supervision is required for all staff and provided free of charge.

Essential Job Functions
 
- Provides intensive in-home individual and family therapy to children and adolescents through our CBS and BRANCH programs.
- Supports approximately 5-8 clients at a time, meeting with families an average of twice/week for 2-hour sessions. Weekly hours assigned to each case are adjusted according to treatment phase and client needs.
- Meets with families at flexible times throughout the week, including evenings and one weekend day/week. The schedule for this position is Tuesday through Saturday.
- Develops treatment plans with relevant goals for each client on their caseload.
- Develops safety plans with clients.
- Provides crisis consultation and support to clients Tuesday through Saturday until 8 or 9 pm. 
- Completes compliant documentation of individual and family sessions, case management contacts, service plans, assessments, and other paperwork within required timeframes set by Medicaid or the contracted funding source.
- Enters all notes and signs in the EHR within one day of service delivery.
- Supports care coordination through referring to, connecting with, and collaborating with other supportive services as needed.
- Maintains the highest standard of cultural competency in all dealings with clients, staff, and collaborating providers.
- Demonstrates knowledge and ability to implement agency policies, procedures, SPB’s, collateral policies, and COA’s guidelines.
- Participates in weekly or bi-weekly clinical individual supervision meetings, and weekly in-person group supervision meetings on Tennyson campus.
- Maintains licensure, candidacy, or other credentialing requirements to remain eligible as a therapy provider.
- Other related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
 
- Other related duties as assigned. Ability to drive for periods of 30 minutes or more
- Ability to evade or re-direct occasional aggressive behaviors from children (training provided); this position does not utilize any “hands-on” physical interventions

Working Conditions
 
- 90% of work is completed in the community, in client’s homes, and in schools
- Mobile Office provided: car, gas card, laptop, hotspot

Minimum Qualifications
 
- Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
- Candidate for or Licensed as LCSW/LPC/LMFT; Please note : Currently no LMFT on staff; MFTCs will need to seek additional external supervision for licensure hours
- Must be registered and in good standing with DORA (Department of Regulatory Agencies)
- Bilingual English/Spanish-speaking preferred
- All candidates must have or qualify to obtain a current Colorado driver’s license (Must obtain Colorado license within 30 days of employment)
- All candidates must have personal car insurance

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 annually.
