What You'll Do
- Build and assemble custom garage doors according to CAD drawings and specifications.
- Measure materials accurately and use hand and production tools safely and effectively.
- Identify wood species and inspect and repair defects in wood and plywood.
- Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, quality, and craftsmanship.
- Meet production requirements while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and communicate production or quality concerns.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in construction, woodworking, manufacturing, assembly, or other hands-on work is preferred.
- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
- Ability to follow drawings, specifications, work instructions, and established procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness and ability to learn new tools, processes, and production requirements.
