About this role
The National Airspace Systems Integration Support (NISC) program at Leidos is seeking a Resource Analyst skilled in Project Scheduling and Data Analytics to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). In this role, you will serve as a Corporate Work Plan (CWP), Primavera, and analytics expert supporting the daily operations of the FAA Central Service Area (CSA) Planning and Requirements Group (PRG). This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your project controls expertise to directly support the FAA’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, and maintain resource‑loaded Primavera project schedules.
- Track labor hours, budgeted units, resource assignments, and availability.
- Perform workload analysis to identify resource gaps and optimize utilization.
- Support Corporate Work Plan activities including RAM analysis and team assignments.
- Build and analyze Tableau dashboards and performance reports.
- Produce Planned vs. Actual, staffing, labor charging, and schedule performance reports.
- Identify unstaffed or at‑risk activities and recommend corrective actions.
- Support baseline and re-baseline schedule processes for Project Implementation Managers.
- Generate ad hoc reporting using Primavera, Tableau, and Excel.
- Ensure schedule quality and data integrity across all active projects.
- Apply project controls best practices in cost, forecasting, earned value, and risk analysis.
- Support Data Driven Decisions (3D) reporting initiatives.
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to project stakeholders.
- Assist with Corporate Work Plan updates and organizational changes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field (experience may substitute).
- 4+ years of experience scheduling projects using Primavera or Microsoft Project.
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, including Tableau.
- 4+ years developing resource‑loaded project schedules.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate tactfully with diverse stakeholders and leadership.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with the FAA Corporate Work Plan system or similar project management databases.

## Pay Range:
Pay Range $65,650.00 - $118,675.00
