TheRole
As a Senior Client Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering strategic relationship management, consultative services, and risk management solutions to clients. This position involves coordinating WTW resources to ensure seamless service delivery and placement activities that meet each client's unique insurance and risk management needs.
You will ensure compliance with regulatory and technical standards while advising on insurance coverages and program structures tailored to client objectives. Your consultative approach will identify opportunities to deepen client engagement, support organic growth, and strengthen long-term client relationships. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Retain and expand an existing book of business by developing and strengthening strategic client relationships.
- Serve as the strategic leader and primary escalation point for assigned client relationships, influencing internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Coordinate and integrate WTW resources to enhance the overall client experience and drive successful client outcomes.
- Provide strategic planning and consulting by continuously assessing clients' insurance and risk management needs and collaborating with WTW practice and industry specialists.
- Recommend tailored risk management and insurance solutions throughout the policy lifecycle, including support during mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence activities.
- Design, prepare, negotiate, and present fee and compensation agreements to clients.
- Lead client presentations, stewardship meetings, advocacy reports, service plans, and strategic planning sessions.
- Maximize client account profitability while ensuring long-term client retention and satisfaction.
- Lead the end-to-end renewal strategy, coordinating internal resources, managing timelines, and delivering tailored solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Partner closely with Sales and Broking teams to remain informed about marketplace developments, emerging trends, and coverage innovations.
- Build and maintain key carrier and market relationships while collaborating with Sales and Broking teams to identify prospective opportunities and support business development initiatives.
- Conduct contract reviews to evaluate risk transfer language and confirm alignment with contractual obligations.
- Lead the Request for Proposal (RFP) response process by coordinating deliverables across line-of-business teams and subject matter experts.
- Drive strategic growth opportunities within existing accounts by identifying evolving client needs and recommending additional solutions and services.
- Mentor and develop Account team members, providing guidance, coaching, and subject matter expertise to support their professional growth and success.
- Lead or participate in large, complex, and multi-dimensional client projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
The Requirements
- 8+ years of client-facing experience in commercial Property & Casualty insurance, including experience serving Construction and/or Real Estate clients.
- Strong understanding of the commercial insurance renewal process, including all phases, stakeholders, and deliverables.
- Expertise in coverage analysis, program design, and identification of coverage gaps to provide strategic risk management consultation.
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex insurance programs and sophisticated client relationships.
- Ability to leverage internal and external relationships to align WTW resources with client needs and effectively resolve conflicts.
- Skilled in interpreting, analyzing, and presenting complex data, models, and risk-related information.
- Proven negotiation skills with a focus on innovative solutions, risk mitigation strategies, and consensus-building across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong understanding of market trends, carrier appetites, and strategic client solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation capabilities and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through change, providing guidance, collaboration, and leadership to achieve successful outcomes.
- Exceptional project management skills, including experience managing large, complex, and multi-dimensional projects from initiation through completion.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
- Ability to travel as needed to support client meetings, prospect engagements, industry events, and team collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $300,000.00-$350, 000.00 USD annually.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
