Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Clinic Manager , you will be a visionary leader, setting the standard for exceptional patient care and empowering our teams to achieve unparalleled clinical excellence.Every day, you will inspire and lead a dedicated clinical team (nurses & aides) to prioritize patient needs, maintaining rigorous oversight of regulatory compliance, staffing, and fiscal health. - Operational Accountability: Oversee daily clinic operations, including patient accounts, referrals, clinical staffing, supplies, facilities, and workflows, ensuring safe, efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality patient care.
- Staff Management and Development: Lead staffing, recruitment, training, performance management, and employee development to maintain appropriate coverage, support staff success, and meet operational goals.
- Resource Management and Budget Administration: Develop and administer clinic budgets, monitor expenses and productivity, manage resources responsibly, and implement action plans to address budget variances.
- Patient Experience and Quality Improvement: Address patient, family, and physician concerns; coordinate service recovery; monitor patient satisfaction; and implement initiatives to improve service delivery, safety, efficiency, and overall clinic performance.
- Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal and regulatory requirements, quality standards, infection control, environment of care, emergency preparedness, and staff training requirements.
- Strategic Planning and Collaboration: Partner with clinic Medical Directors, regional leadership, and internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges, implement policies and process improvements, lead clinic-specific projects, and support organizational goals.

- Bachelors Other in related field and Minimum of three years leadership experience, upon hire or
- Five years of leadership experience in the discipline that would demonstrate attainment of the requisite job knowledge/abilities or
- Masters Other, upon hire
