A Talent Acquisition technology professional who combines recruiting process knowledge with strong systems expertise and a passion for improving the global user experience. You are skilled at supporting applicant tracking systems, diagnosing issues, and translating recruiter, hiring manager, candidate, and business needs into practical technology solutions. You are curious about emerging AI capabilities and apply sound judgment, responsible-use principles, and a user-centered mindset when evaluating opportunities to improve how Talent Acquisition teams work.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Administer and support applicant tracking systems and related Talent Acquisition technologies, including configurations, templates, permissions, workflows, and business rules.
- Provide responsive functional and technical support to recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, and other users; triage and resolve system, access, workflow, integration, and data issues.
- Build and enhance ATS (Avature) lists, reports and dashboards to provide TA Teams with key insights and business priorities.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition stakeholders to understand needs, identify root causes, and recommend scalable process and technology solutions.
- Explore and support responsible AI innovation that improves recruiting productivity, decision support, candidate engagement, and user experience.
- Test system enhancements, integrations, releases, and AI-enabled capabilities; document results and coordinate issue resolution.
- Create user guides, knowledge articles, release communications, and training materials, and deliver training and guidance that increases adoption.
- Monitor recruiting data quality and process compliance, investigate exceptions, and support corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Manage defined workstreams for implementation, optimization, and integration initiatives while coordinating with HR technology, IT, security, privacy, legal, vendors, and business partners.

- Turn recurring support trends and user feedback into actionable system and process improvements.

What You’ll Need

- Experience supporting Talent Acquisition technology, with hands-on exposure to an applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Working knowledge of recruiting processes, including requisitions, job posting, candidate workflows, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding handoffs.
- Experience with system administration, configuration, access management, troubleshooting, testing, and issue documentation.
- Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and balance user needs with system standards and controls.
- Understanding of integrations, data flows, reporting, and the downstream impact of system changes.
- Awareness of AI use cases in recruiting and the importance of privacy, security, compliance, fairness, transparency, and human oversight.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and provide empathetic, effective user support.
- Experience contributing to technology implementation, enhancement, or optimization projects.
- Strong documentation, organization, and follow-through skills.
