About this role

***Boise Neurosurgery Clinic*** - Special recruitment for New Graduate RN's with less than 12 months of nursing school, can be licensed or graduating in Dec. 2026***

We are currently hiring for a full-time (1.0FTE) day shift New Grad RN!

In this role, the RN supports patients through complex surgical journeys.

The RN will assist with the following:

- Room and prepare patients for exams and procedures.
- Obtain and document patient information, including vital signs and medical history.
- Provide clinical and technical support to providers during patient visits and minor procedures.
- Administer medications and perform nursing procedures within scope of practice.
- Process prescription refills and enter provider-directed orders.
- Maintain clean, safe, and well-stocked clinical areas.
- Support patient care coordination such as surgery scheduling and other clinic needs as assigned.

Clinic location will be at Boise Medical Center.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 830a-500p. No weekends/holidays!

Required Criteria

- Nursing Degree
- RNs with less than 1 year of experience, at the time of hire into the RN position, must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (ACEN – Accreditation Commission of Education in Nursing, CCNE – Commission of Collegiate Nursing Education)
- Current BLS Healthcare Provider Card
- Relocation bonus
