The role helps partners unlock greater value from their relationship with Arrow by demonstrating how digital tools, automation, insights, and integrated business processes can reduce complexity, create efficiency, and support long-term growth. Through strategic marketing and compelling storytelling, this leader will help position Arrow's platform ecosystem as a key driver of partner success.
What You'll Do:
Platform Go-to-Market Strategy
- Develop and execute global marketing strategies to build awareness and adoption of, and engagement with the platform.
- Create positioning, messaging, and value propositions that clearly communicate platform benefits to partners at every stage of maturity.
- Lead product and feature launch campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement.
- Translate platform capabilities into business outcomes that resonate with executives, sales teams, operations leaders, and technical stakeholders.
Product and Portfolio Marketing
- Serve as the marketing subject matter expert for Arrow's platform portfolio.
- Develop messaging that connects platform capabilities to broader Arrow solutions, cloud offerings, and services.
- Create differentiated positioning that highlights the value of the Arrow digital experience.
- Build business-focused narratives that demonstrate how ArrowSphere enables partner success.
- Support growth initiatives that increase partner engagement across the Arrow digital ecosystem.
Content and Enablement
- Lead development of a broad range of marketing and enablement assets.
- Create partner-focused content that highlights real-world use cases and measurable business outcomes.
- Develop resources that enable sales and partner-facing teams to effectively communicate platform value.
Partner Experience and Customer Insights
- Develop a deep understanding of partner needs, pain points, workflows, and buying behaviors.
- Leverage partner feedback, usage data, market research, and customer insights to shape marketing strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve partner engagement and drive platform adoption.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with platform product management, user experience, sales, operations, cloud, services, and marketing teams to market and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Ensure consistent platform messaging across all campaigns, communications, events, and partner engagement activities.
- Coordinate launch and adoption efforts across multiple regions and business units.
- Influence stakeholders across a highly matrixed global organization.
Who We're Looking For:
Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B technology marketing experience in product marketing, platform marketing, or digital experience marketing.
- Experience marketing SaaS platforms, cloud marketplaces, technology ecosystems, subscription management solutions, or digital commerce platforms.
- Proven success launching and driving adoption of platform-based solutions.
- Experience developing integrated marketing programs that influence revenue, engagement, and business growth.
- Knowledge of the IT channel, cloud ecosystem, and partner-led business models preferred.

Work Arrangement:
Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

# Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$130,100.00 - $143,110.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
