Strong understanding of food manufacturing operations and commercialization best practices. Experience collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams. Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
