Who you are:
As an Associate Wealth Advisor , you are a fountain of knowledge. You will use your expertise to analyze portfolio performance and ensure they adhere to strategic objectives. You value relationships and are excited to retain and manage those of Frost Wealth Management clients and internal teams. Most importantly, this role is about building trust through every interaction and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.
What you’ll do:
- Analyze portfolio performance and holdings on assigned book of accounts to ensure that accounts adhere to strategic objectives set by Frost Wealth Advisors
- Create advanced data models to present informed investment distribution recommendations to wealth advisors
- Execute securities trades to ensure portfolios maintain target asset allocations
- Drive business growth by proactively developing new Frost Wealth Management relationships
- Retain and expand existing Frost Wealth Management relationships by serving as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
- Build relationships across internal teams and within the broader professional community to enhance visibility and drive business growth
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline; or equivalent experience
- FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses or FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses; or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire
- General Lines Agent License: Life, Accident, Health, and HMO Insurance; or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire
- Advanced understanding of macroeconomics, financial markets, and various security types
- Ability to leverage software systems to quickly find and summarize data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in the use of FactSet, Bloomberg, and trading applications
