What you will do

• Provide in-person and remote technical support for workstations, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
• Deploy, configure, and update employee IT equipment (computers, monitors, keyboards, mice, headsets).
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network connectivity, and other technical issues.
• Install software on workstations.
• Manage requests through the IT shared mailbox and the ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Participate in new equipment deployments and IT projects in the office.
• Document all interventions.
• Contribute to the management and update of the IT inventory.
• Comply with and promote IT security policies and company standards.
• Act as a technical reference for colleagues and share best practices.

This role could be for you if you have

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Autonomy, adaptability, thoroughness, and strong customer service mindset.
