Qualifications

- Compliance with our Drug-Free Workplace Policy, including successfully completing any required pre-employment drug screening

- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check upon offer of employment

- Ability to pass and maintain any required state licensing or certification exams, depending on the position

- Ability to pass internal technical or skills-based assessments, as applicable

- Possession of a valid driver's license for applicable positions

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to maintain a professional appearance, including wearing an approved company uniform when required

- Ability to work a minimum 40-hour work week

- Termite Technician - Help protect homes and businesses through termite treatments and prevention services.

- Outside Sales Representative - Meet with homeowners, evaluate their needs, and recommend pest control solutions.

- Pest Control Technician - Provide pest control services to residential and commercial customers.

- Customer Service Representative - Assist customers, schedule services, and provide exceptional customer support.
