- Leading the global strategy, governance, and roadmap for sales tools and technology platforms that support Wholesale and Commercial Operations
- Managing and developing a team responsible for platform administration, user support, system enhancements, and business process improvements
- Onboarding and scaling new business units within the online tool used while partnering with technology for its integration
- Partnering with Sales, Product, Merchandising, Technology, and regional stakeholders to identify capability gaps and prioritize technology investments
- Collaborating with external vendors and internal technology teams to negotiate priorities, evaluate opportunities, and deliver platform enhancements
- Translating business requirements into scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, data quality, and user experience
- Driving adoption, change management, and communication plans to ensure teams are equipped to maximize platform capabilities
- Monitoring platform performance, user feedback, and business outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Establishing governance frameworks, documentation standards, and operating procedures that support sustainable global growth
- Leading cross-functional initiatives that connect commercial processes, technology solutions, and business objectives across regions and channels

- Developing long-term platform strategies that improve scalability, integration, automation, and reporting across multiple commercial functions
- Leading the implementation and integration of new technologies and capabilities that strengthen collaboration between Sales, Product, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams
- Building relationships with external vendor partners to align on long term development to support our business needs
- Growing team capabilities through coaching, succession planning, and the development of subject matter expertise across the sales technology landscape
Are you our next Manager, Sales Tools & Technology?
- You have completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology Management, Commerce, or a related discipline
- You have 7+ years of experience supporting business operations, commercial technology, sales enablement, business systems, program management, or a related field
- You have experience leading technology-enabled business initiatives from, strategy, concept through implementation and adoption
- You have experience managing people and developing high-performing teams
- You have experience managing third-party vendors, technology partners, and strategic business relationships
- You possess strong business acumen and can connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes
- You have strong project and program management capabilities, including managing competing priorities across multiple initiatives
- You are highly effective at translating complex business requirements into practical and scalable solutions
- You have strong analytical skills and use data to inform decisions
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
- You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
- You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is: CAD$108,000 -CAD$142,000

This range reflects market alignment and the scope of the role. Individual pay is determined by your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
