We are searching for the best talent for TDS Proteins AD HTP Co-Op to be in Malvern, PA

- 2 vacancies are currently available.
- The Co-op term is six months typically from January to June, 2027 (flexible).
- Full time requirement (40 hours per week) Fully On-site.

Purpose:

Support the TDS Proteins AD HTP team by contributing to analytical testing and protein characterization activities. This co-op opportunity will provide hands-on experience in laboratory-based analytical development while supporting projects related to protein analysis, method development, and data interpretation within a collaborative research environment.

You will be responsible:

- Assist scientists in analytical testing and characterization of protein-based materials.
- Perform laboratory experiments using chromatography and other analytical chemistry techniques.
- Support operation and maintenance of HPLC systems and related analytical instrumentation.
- Analyze, document, and communicate experimental results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing research and development projects.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Participate in troubleshooting analytical methods and laboratory processes as needed.

Qualifications / Requirements:

- Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
- You must not have any Summer Internship contract or other employment commitment that could interfere with the contract dates specified for this position.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Experience with HPLC systems, chromatography techniques, and basic chemistry laboratory methods is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
