Territory Representative - Implant - Albany, NY

Caldera Medical’s Mission - To Improve the Quality of Life for Women!

About Caldera Medical:
Caldera Medical is a women's pelvic health medical device company dedicated to improving the lives of women through innovative solutions for pelvic floor disorders. Headquartered in Westlake Village, CA, with international operations in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, Caldera combines clinical insight with engineering excellence to bring meaningful therapies to market.

The Opportunity:
Caldera Medical is hiring a Territory Representative to grow our implant business across upstate New York, a territory where sales are gaining real momentum. You’ll cover the Capital Region west to Buffalo, including Rochester, Syracuse, and the Southern Tier.

You’ll own the territory end to end: growing existing accounts, opening new ones, and working alongside surgeons in the OR as they adopt Caldera’s pelvic health solutions. You’ll get hands-on coaching to build a long-term career in med device, and your work will directly expand access to care for women.

What You'll Do:
• Build and manage the upstate New York sales territory, driving revenue growth with existing customers and identifying new opportunities
• Call on Gynecologists, Urologists, and Urogynecologists in both hospital and office settings
• Lead product trials and provide case support in the operating room
• Build trusted relationships and become a valued resource to surgeons and their teams
• Stay current on competitor products and market trends to position Caldera's offerings effectively
• Provide after-sale service and support to customers
• Manage territory budgets and maintain accurate, detailed records in our CRM platform
• Travel within the assigned territory as needed (up to 80%)
• Additional duties may be assigned in support of business needs

How Success Is Measured:
• Territory sales growth– attainment of quarterly and annual territory sales goals
• New account development– new surgeons and accounts converted, and product trials that result in ongoing use
• Existing customer growth– increased product utilization within current accounts
• Surgeon relationships and case support– consistent OR presence and coverage, and strong surgeon satisfaction
• Territory management– timely, accurate CRM records and territory expenses managed within budget

What You'll Bring:
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA)
• 3-6 years of outside B2B sales experience, including face-to-face selling
• A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Residence in the Albany, NY or Buffalo, NY area
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork experience (e.g., athletics, extracurricular activities, or team-based roles)
• Strong relationship-building and critical thinking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and CRM tools
• A self-motivated, can-do attitude with openness to coaching and development
• Ability to travel up to 80% within the territory

Why This Role Matters:
Every case you support helps a woman get treatment for stress urinary incontinence or pelvic organ prolapse — conditions that affect daily life but too often go untreated. As Caldera's presence across upstate New York, you'll be the person surgeons rely on, and your growth in the territory directly expands access to care. That impact reaches beyond the operating room: Caldera's Women's Health Initiative, the largest humanitarian program in women's health, is working to treat one million underserved women by 2027.

• 401(k) with 4% matching contributions after 90 days of employment
• Basic Life and AD&D
• Unlimited Vacation Policy
