We are hiring 2 (two) Business Financial Analysts , one for Eastern Canada and one for Western Canada. This position provides high-quality financial analysis and business decision support to branch and regional P&L leaders. The role connects financial results, ERP information and operational performance to explain what is driving results, identify gaps to target and help management take timely corrective action. The Western Canada position will support both Construction Equipment and Crane leaders across the West.

Language: English required; French strongly preferred for Eastern Canada Position.

What's the challenge?
The Business Financial Analyst acts as a trusted financial business partner, accountable for:
- Financial analysis and decision support for assigned branches and regional leadership
- Clear explanation of P&L performance and key business drivers
- Early identification of financial and operational risks
- Forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling and KPI reporting
- Action-oriented insights that improve revenue, margin, cost control and profitability
- Standardized and automated reporting that reduces manual analytical work
What do we expect from you?
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years' relevant industry experience in financial analysis, FP&A, operational support or a related role.
- Strong experience with P&L analysis and financial modelling.
- Experience partnering with operational leaders.
- Experience working with ERP and GL information.
- Multi-location, branch-based dealer or distribution business experience is an asset.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel, including modelling, pivot tables and advanced formulas.
- Financial modelling and forecasting.
- ERP and GL reporting.
- Data analysis and visualization.
- Power BI or comparable reporting tools considered an asset.
- Management reporting and financial KPI development.
Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline.
- CPA designation required.
