We are looking for an Immunology Franchise Head who is strategic, inspiring and empowering to join us in our Immunology team, based in our office in Paris, France .

About the role
As Immunology Franchise Head, you will provide strategic leadership for the franchise, shaping its vision, accelerating sustainable growth, and maximizing value for patients and the business. You will translate global priorities into a compelling local strategy, anticipate market evolution, and mobilize cross-functional teams around shared ambitions. As a senior leader, you will foster a high-performance culture, empower talent, and influence key stakeholders across the organization to deliver differentiated business outcomes while maintaining the highest scientific, ethical, and patient-centric standards.

Who you’ll work with
You will lead and inspire commercial and marketing teams while working closely with European and global leaders and cross-functional partners. You will influence senior stakeholders across Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance, and other functions to create alignment and accelerate strategic priorities. Externally, you will build trusted relationships with scientific experts, professional organisations and other key ecosystem partners.

- Translate global priorities into differentiated strategies that deliver sustainable business and patient value.
- Inspire, develop, and empower high-performing teams through transformational and inclusive leadership.
- Mobilize cross-functional stakeholders and influence senior leaders to accelerate strategic priorities.
- Lead financial performance, resource allocation, and investment decisions across the franchise.
- Foster innovation, digital transformation, and organizational agility across the immunology ecosystem.

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills

- Master’s degree in science, business, marketing, or another relevant discipline.
- 10+ years’ healthcare experience across commercial, marketing, market access, or medical functions.
- Significant multifunctional and/or European or global experience in complex healthcare environments.
- Proven strategic leadership, with strong business acumen and ability to anticipate industry trends.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams and future leaders.
- Fluent in both French and English, with exceptional influencing and communication skills.
