About this role

As the Energy LMS Administrator on Tesla’s Training Deployment and Structure team, you will play a key role in the successful implementation and ongoing management of eLearning content across the organization. In this hands-on position,

You will also provide direct support to internal and external end users via email and E-Ticketing, helping diagnose issues, improve the user experience, and resolve challenges. A natural self-starter with a service-oriented mindset, you thrive on jumping in, learning quickly, identifying process improvement opportunities, and implementing practical solutions wherever needed.

- QA eLearning courses according to a defined checklist

- Test eLearning projects for completion and report results

- Set up courses in Inside Tesla

- Determine audience groups and enroll end users

- Catalog eLearning, video, and CGI content for consistent eLearning content management

- Support end users to better understand user experience, issues, and challenges in E-Ticketing

- Identify opportunities for process improvement across the board, and implement solutions , including developing and managing eLearning KPI report outs and dashboards

- Configure and maintain courses/modules (publish, version, archive). Audit for inactive or outdated content on a defined cadence

- Build enrollment groups and process bulk/individual enrollments for requestors with accurate audience targeting

- Troubleshoot learner access, content, and completion issues. Document resolution steps and escalate when needed

- Use Power BI (or equivalent tool) to build and refresh dashboards/reports for stakeholders (completion rates, overdue learners, quarterly curriculum rollouts)

- Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise LMS (Studio/Open edX, Canvas, TalentLMS or equivalent)

- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Office, Excel, SharePoint, PowerApp, Power Automate, etc.)
- Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal
