Job Summary:
Works independently to update procurement systems and coordinates approval and control of procurement activities. Provides support to sourcing and finance teams globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively contacts suppliers to maintain pertinent data, obtain needed documentation, and enable suppliers in procurement systems.
Support identification/resolution of supplier invoice and payment issues.
Support completion, closure, and recording activities for various contracts and other supplier documentation.
Prepare documentation for sourcing events.
Initiate/Support work delivering results in meeting cost, quality, delivery, and inventory goals.
Support supplier quality activities with supplier quality improvement engineers, suppliers, and category teams.
Liaison between procurement teams and other functions.
Participating in health safety and environmental awareness and improvement activities and daily tasks.
Perform any other tasks assigned.
Participate in Project teams, when necessary, to ensure effective implementation of change.
Communicate with the supplier and work with supplier to manage Project deliverables within agreed timelines.
Use common process tools and business systems to provide repeatable analytics and reporting.
Ensure data integrity of all procurement information as it is created and deliver ongoing improvement of existing data.
Identify improvements for business processes.
Global focus may be required.
Responsible for coordinating engineering change processes, product data management, and release activities across cross-functional teams.
Ensures timely execution of engineering releases, BOM accuracy, document control, and compliance with SOP throughout the E2E process.
Review and validate Bills of Materials (BOMs), drawings, specifications, and related documentation.
Collaborate with Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams for smooth implementation of changes.
Track and monitor change requests, approvals, and implementation status.
Maintain data accuracy and compliance within Part master (P360)/PLM (Windchill) systems
Support PPAP , sourcing, and supplier-related engineering documentation activities.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and status updates for management review.
Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline release management workflows.
Repetative Work- Comfortable to performing repetative tasks and following established procedures.

Communication-Develop & deliver multimode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
