OUR OPPORTUN ITY
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee multi-project delivery in the Fintech sector , ensuring alignment with governance, compliance, and strategic goals . This role requires strong expertise in program governance, risk and compliance management, and cross-team leadership .
The Program Manager will establish and enforce best practices, delivery frameworks, and team accountability models , ensuring project managers and delivery teams consistently operate at the highest standards.
YOU WIL L
- Define and oversee program governance structures (RACI, steering committees, reporting models, compliance checkpoints).
- Drive alignment of multi-project portfolios with business strategy, ensuring measurable value delivery.
- Develop and manage program strategies, objectives , and roadmaps , including budgets, milestones, and KPIs.
- O versee and mentor project managers and cross-functional leads across engineering, QA, cybersecurity, and compliance.
- Establish and enforce best practices and standards in project execution, agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, GDPR, PSD2, SOC 2, ISO 27001 , SAMA ).
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and inter-project issues, implementing robust mitigation and escalation plans .
- Lead executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication , ensuring visibility and transparency.
- Promote a culture of accountability, governance, and performance excellence across teams.
- Partner with C-level executives to balance innovation, risk, and compliance in all program decisions.
T O BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU NEED
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10+ years in Project/Program Management , with at least 5 years in banking or Fintech program delivery .
- Demonstrated success in managing complex multi-project programs with regulatory requirements .
- Strong knowledge and certification of program governance frameworks (PMO models, PRINCE2, PMI PgMP , SAFe Portfolio Management) .
- Deep expertise in Agile at scale ( SAFe , LeSS , or Disciplined Agile Delivery) and hybrid delivery models.
- Familiarity with cloud transformation (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, API ecosystems, and DevSecOps integration .
