We are looking for an inspiring and driven Store Manager to lead our team at Mi Piaci Christchurch Central store. This is your chance to bring your leadership style to a brand that celebrates individuality and great customer experiences. You will be creating a space where your team feels supported, your customers feel amazing, and your store performs at its best.
Here’s what’s on offer:
- Role: Store Manager
- Rostered Hours: Tuesday to Saturday
Tuesday: 8:30am - 5pm
- Wednesday: 8:30am - 5pm
- Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Saturday: 9:30am - 5pm
- Minimum Hours: 40 hours per week
- Salary: $62,000 per annum + bonus potential!
What your day will look like
- Leading the store day-to-day and taking ownership of its success
- Coaching, mentoring, and empowering your team to reach their full potential
- Driving sales and motivating the team to hit and exceed targets
- Recruiting, onboarding, and developing new team members
- Delivering a customer experience that reflects who we are as a brand
- Creating and maintaining a strong, inclusive team culture
