Our employee ownership model is a key part of what sets Beca apart, helping connect our people to the long-term success of our business. We are looking for a Shareholding Programme Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting and administering Beca's shareholding and share funding schemes. In this role, you'll be the trusted point of contact for shareholders across the business, providing guidance and support on a wide range of shareholding matters. You'll work closely with our external service providers and banking partners to ensure the smooth administration of Beca's shareholding programme, while maintaining the high standards of accuracy, confidentiality and service our shareholders expect.

This is a varied and rewarding role that combines stakeholder engagement, administration, coordination, reporting, and continuous improvement. You'll work with a broad range of people across the business while becoming a recognised subject matter expert in one of Beca's most unique and valued programmes.
