You will lead the development of architecture strategies, target state roadmaps, standards, and solution designs that enable secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective network and security platforms. Acting as the bridge between strategic architecture and operational delivery, you will help guide the evolution of IAG's network and security capabilities while ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology priorities.

Working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Operations, Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture, and strategic technology partners, you will provide technical leadership across key initiatives, influence technology direction and investment decisions, and drive the adoption of modern networking, security, cloud, and automation capabilities. - Partner with Product, Operations, Engineering, and Managed Service Providers to improve service reliability, observability, automation, lifecycle management, and operational resilience.
- Provide governance, technical risk assessment, and architecture oversight to ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and operational requirements.
- Influence technology strategy, vendor decisions, and investment priorities while providing thought leadership across architecture, cyber security, and technology communities.

What You'll Bring

- Extensive experience in Network, Security, Infrastructure, Solution, or Domain Architecture within a large and complex enterprise environment.
- Strong expertise across enterprise networking and security technologies including WAN/LAN, cloud networking, network segmentation, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, firewalls, proxies, load balancing, secure remote access, and Zero Trust architectures.
- Proven experience developing architecture strategies, target state roadmaps, standards, reference architectures, and migration plans.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts and architectural trade-offs to senior leaders and business stakeholders.
- Experience improving operational readiness, resilience, observability, automation, and service outcomes in partnership with engineering and operational teams.
- Knowledge of architecture and security frameworks such as TOGAF, SABSA, NIST, ISO27001, ITIL, or CIS Controls. Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, CISSP, CCIE/CCNP, AWS, GCP, or Azure certifications will be highly regarded.
