About this role
The Assistant Manager will bring 6+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, and Data Quality , with strong hands-on expertise in Informatica MDM , including data modeling, match & merge, hierarchies, workflows, and master data stewardship. The role involves leading end-to-end MDM solution delivery, implementing governance and data quality frameworks, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders, and driving the creation of trusted, enterprise-wide master data assets to support operational and analytical processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in Master Data Management, with hands-on experience in Informatica MDM implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, data integration, and reference/master data management concepts.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, data warehousing, and enterprise data management solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM Hub, Match & Merge, Hierarchies, Workflows, and Data Director.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile and cross-functional delivery environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Informatica MDM Developer or Specialist Certification.
Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), or related Informatica products.
- Knowledge of enterprise data governance frameworks and metadata management solutions.
- Exposure to modern data platforms, data lakes, and cloud-native data integration architectures.
