Job Title – Senior Project Engineer

To lead the development and delivery of integrated Department reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making, ensure transparency, and maintain alignment with Client reporting standards and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Dashboarding

- Develop and maintain project dashboards using  Excel ,  Power BI , and  AI-assisted tools  for enhanced visualization and automation .
- Consolidate data from  different stakeholders  to produce integrated and actionable reports.
- Generate  weekly and monthly progress reports , including  variance analyses  and  forecasting summaries .

- Collaborate with Planning & Governance Team to ensure reported progress aligns with  baseline schedules .
- Monitor  Resource Planning and perform  root cause analysis  for deviations.

- Ensure all reports comply with  Client standards  and  contractual obligations .
- Maintain a structured repository of  historical reports ,  change logs , and  audit trails .

- Present findings to  project managers ,  senior leadership , and  external stakeholders .
- Support  project reviews ,  audits , and  Stakeholder  meetings  with tailored reporting packages.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in  Engineering ,  Project Management , or a related discipline.

Experience

- 8–10 years of experience in  project reporting ,  planning , or  controls  within the  Oil & Gas sector .
- Proven expertise in reporting for  large-scale capital projects .

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel ,  Power BI , and  SAP  or similar  ERP systems .

Soft Skills

- Excellent  analytical  and  problem-solving  abilities.
- Strong  communication  and  presentation  skills.
- Detail-oriented with a  proactive approach  to data integrity and reporting accuracy.
