MISSION

- The role of an Maintenance Engineer is directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment also review and analyze machine breakdown, setting up action plan to improve MTBF and MTTR

- Make action plan and improvement plan for machine breakdown base on technical experience and knowledge

- Have authority to stop machines in case of immediate risk and emergency situations.

- Monitor TPM progress and have responsibility achieve target of TPM

- Provides technical advice and assistance to other departments as required.

- Support for INeco and Digital manufacturing activity

Responsibilities & Activities

Responsibility 1: planning and monitoring maintenance service of all machines within the plant

- Make maintenance planning base on TPM activity

- Identify weak points of machine and make action plan for improvement

- Lead maintenance plan base on machine condition

- Make maintenance plan for new machine

Responsibility 2: improvement and optimization of production

- Lead trouble shooting on product

- Ensure our maintenance process compliance with PO Maintenance standards with guideline

- Develop and implement TPM standard

- Plan and work out methods for optimizing work places and processes of maintenance activity

Responsibility 3: build strong relationship with technical team to lead maintenance field

- Lead maintenance team by background of maintenance skill set and experience

- Build strong relationship with engineer team base on maintenance field

Responsibility 4: keep communication way with outside of plant team

- Improve INECO activity

- Build network with Asia maintenance team to get their know how and share our L&L

Responsibility 5: planning of budget and capex base on business situation & machine improvement plan

- Make budget planning and control expense situation

- Build capex planning base on business planning and improvement planning

- Make plan to improve machine condition

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

Personal Background

- University degree in mechanical, control, electrical or similar field

- At least 5 years of experience in engineering or maintenance and improvement of plastic manufacturing processes, especially overseas experience will be highly considered.

- Skills to build good relationships with different departments (internal and external) and to make progress independently.

- Experience with plastic products is recommended.

Job Technical skills

- English communication in English, daily conversational level

- Knowledge of production methods (Quality system, 5S, Kanban, Hoshin, TPM)

- Hardworking, rigorous, respectful of teamwork

- Knowledge of production systems (ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)

- Safety rigor

- Knowledge of PLCs (Simens, Omron, Mitsubishi)

- Knowledge of robot operation (ABB, Fanuc)

Job Soft skills

- Knowledge of SAP is recommended.

- MS Office proficient (Excel & PowerPoint)
