About this role
Position; Base process assistant. Education; 10th / 12th, shall be able to read and write simple English words. Experience; Fresher or 1-2 yrs experience in food production
- Assisting in Fermented juice production.
- Keep the work place clean and hygienic all the time.
- Ensure that the fermentation tanks available when required.
- Feed fermentation raw materials to Vats as per schedule and extract juice.
- Packing and labeling of of Juice concentrate.
- Storage and dispatch of packed Juice concentrate.
