Lenovo Digital Trust Lab is seeking a hands-on AI Security Platform Engineer to join our AI Security team . This role focuses on building and evolving the platform, data, telemetry, and observability capabilities that power Lenovo’s AI Controls Platform and AI security ecosystem.

You will work at the intersection of AI security, software engineering, data engineering, DevOps, and agentic AI , building the infrastructure and data pipelines needed to evaluate, monitor, and continuously improve AI security capabilities across Lenovo’s AI ecosystem.

The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering and platform skills with an understanding of AI/ML systems . Experience in data platforms, ML platforms, DevOps, observability, telemetry, AI agents, or AI security is a strong advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain platform capabilities and infrastructure for Lenovo’s AI Controls Platform.

- Build data pipelines for collecting, processing, and analyzing AI security production telemetry.

- Build infrastructure for automated analytics, evaluation, insights, and continuous monitoring of AI security controls products in production.

- Design and implement agentic feedback loops that use production data, evaluation results, and the platform codebase to continuously surface bugs, and AI security gaps and to fix them.

- Build and maintain data and platform infrastructure supporting model training, evaluation, experimentation, and deployment workflows.

- Build and maintain CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and observability for AI security platform components.

- Optimize platform capabilities for cloud, on-premises, and edge/on-device environments .

- Collaborate closely with AI security researchers, engineers, data scientists, and product teams to turn requirements and research outcomes into scalable platform capabilities.

- Help establish best practices for data quality, reliability, scalability, observability, and operational excellence across the AI security platform.

Minimum Requirements:

- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, platform engineering, data engineering, DevOps, AI/ML engineering, or a related technical field.

- BSc or MSc in computer science or a related field, with an MSc preferred.

- Strong programming skills in Python and/or another modern programming language such as Java, Kotlin, C++, Rust, or Go.

- Experience building and operating production-quality software, platforms, services, or data pipelines .

- Experience with data processing, data pipelines, telemetry, logging, monitoring, or observability .

- Strong understanding of software engineering and platform engineering fundamentals , including testing, version control, CI/CD, and system design.

- Experience working with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, containers, or orchestration platforms .

- Understanding of ML/AI systems and their development lifecycle , including model evaluation, inference, or AI application deployment.

- Ability to independently investigate complex technical problems , design solutions, and implement reliable production systems.

- Strong ability to communicate technical requirements and solutions and collaborate effectively across engineering, research, data, and product teams.

- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in AI, AI security, and emerging agentic AI technologies .

Please note that the office is located at 121 Menachem Begin Road, Tel Aviv, 61st floor, in the POINT office complex. As per our office policy, you will be required to visit the site at least 3 times a week.
