All about the role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP ABAP Developer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise SAP solutions across ECC and S/4HANA landscapes. The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in modern ABAP development, SAP S/4HANA technologies, integrations, and technical leadership. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional consultants, solution architects, and project teams to deliver scalable, high-quality SAP solutions.

What you’ll do:

·       Design, develop, test, and support SAP ABAP solutions across ECC and S/4HANA environments.

·       Lead technical design, development, and implementation activities for SAP projects and enhancement initiatives.

·       Develop and support Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows, APIs, and integrations.

·       Develop solutions using ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, RAP, OData Services, and SAP Gateway.

·       Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

·       Drive code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to SAP development standards.

·       Support S/4HANA transformation initiatives, custom code remediation, and Clean Core principles.

·       Mentor and guide development teams while serving as a technical escalation point for complex issues.

Who are you

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

·       12–15+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.

·       5+ years of experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, or transformation programs.

·       Advanced expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP, ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, RAP, OData Services, SAP Gateway, Fiori integrations, SAP performance optimization, and transport management processes across SAP landscapes.

·       Hands-on experience supporting and delivering SAP technical solutions within SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP LE/WM (Logistics Execution / Warehouse Management) domains.

·       Experience with transport management tools and change control processes, including SAP CTS/CTS+, ChaRM, Solution Manager, Rev-Trac, or equivalent transport and release management solutions.

·       Experience working in global delivery and cross-functional environments.

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Functional Domain Experience

Mandatory

·       SAP MM (Materials Management)

·       SAP LE/WM (Logistics Execution / Warehouse Management)

Preferred

·       SAP Ariba

·       SAP SD (Sales and Distribution)

·       SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)

·       SAP FI/CO (Finance and Controlling)

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Integration Suite.

·       Knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles and extensibility frameworks.

·       SAP ABAP on HANA and/or SAP S/4HANA certifications.

·       Experience in Agile delivery environments.

·       Prior experience in a Technical Lead or Solution Lead capacity.

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

·       Ability to lead technical discussions and design workshops.

·       Strong collaboration and leadership capabilities.

·       Ability to influence technical decisions across teams.

·       Effective mentoring and coaching skills.

·       Strong documentation and presentation skills.

·       Self-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.

This is a full-time position, based in Bangalore, India.
