Role & Responsibilities:
Programming Language:
- Essentially, we need a developer with good experience in any of Java, Python or TypeScript
- .NET is nice to have but not mandatory
Technical essentials:
- Containers and Kubernetes experience – Must have
- EKS/ Rancher – Must Have
- Flux / GitOps – Nice to have
- Micro Services architecture knowledge is a must have
- Messaging using solace or Pulsar or any other middleware
- Service Discovery - nice to have
Core is abilities are to :
- Problem solver
- Communication as they will be speaking with team’s throughout multiple BUs
- Flexibility to move from task to task and absorb complexities with the multitude of systems we have
- Ability to drive a task without upwards delegation
Experience :
- Worked on various projects (IE not one system for ages)
- Worked in various languages (basically a polyglot programmer)
